We were blessed in January with warm weather and minimal precipitation, allowing the framing to march ahead without any major interruptions. As of Friday, Jan 31, the crew had completed framing the main floor, and laid the joists and beams for the top floor. Flooring expected to be installed today.
Chris is apprehensive about February. Rain is expected off and on for the next two weeks, and although temperatures aren’t forecast to be too cold, when the February winds start blowing, it’s very hard on the crew.
